· Catering events will be booked on a first-come, first serve basis. Your event will not be guaranteed until you have received a final order confirmation from our management team. If we are unable to provide catering for your event based on booking availability Sodexo will provide a waiver to use services provided by a third-party caterer (waivers will not be given for clients who fail to follow minimum ordering requirements outlined in our catering policies).

· All orders requiring campus delivery, setup, buffets, and plated services orders must be placed at least two-weeks from the day of your event. Pick-up orders must be placed at least one-week from the day of your event.

· All events hosted by Montana Tech employees and internal departments must submit an Entertainment/Programming Approval Form to Montana Tech’s, Accounts Payable Department prior to receiving confirmation of your catering.

Montana Tech Dining Services operated by Sodexo is the exclusive provider for on-campus catering. All requests for catering must be requested through Dining Services at both Montana Tech and Highlands College campus' before the use of any third-party. In the event Dining Services is unable to provide catering for your event, you will receive a one-time waiver to use a third-party catering service for your event. If a waiver is granted, all Montana Tech policies and requirements must be met while contracting third-party catering services.
