Montana Tech Dining Services is happy to announce the release of our premier catering services to the Montana Tech campus. Our Flavours menu includes multiple tiers of service, from boxed lunches and plated dinners to everything in between. This chef-crafted menu features contemporary dishes, global influences and homestyle favorites. Our menu and online ordering platform can be accessed by visiting mtechdining.sodexomyway.com/catering.

Our commitment to you is to customize menus as needed for any occasion. Our highly skilled team is ready to help design your menu for your next event. To begin planning your custom event please contact Cindy Juarez, emailor call (406) 496-4590 to setup an event consultation. 

· Montana Tech faculty, staff, students, campus partners and members of the community can create an online ordering account by registering directly on our website or by using theAccount Registrationlink.

· Catering events will be booked on a first-come, first serve basis. Your event will not be guaranteed until you have received a final order confirmation from our management team. If we are unable to provide catering for your event based on booking availability Sodexo will provide a waiver to use services provided by a third-party caterer (waivers will not be given for clients who fail to follow minimum ordering requirements outlined in our catering policies).

· All orders requiring campus delivery, setup, buffets, and plated services orders must be placed at least two-weeks from the day of your event. Pick-up orders must be placed at least one-week from the day of your event. 

· All events hosted by Montana Tech employees and internal departments must submit an Entertainment/Programming Approval Form to Montana Tech’s, Accounts Payable Department prior to receiving confirmation of your catering.

· Menu Offers

Elements Fuel : Performance—Elements catering offers great food at the best possible price. This menu and price-tier targets student meetings, community organizations, and informal meetings featuring themed buffets, party packages, and snacks.

Simply-to-Go Catering—Simply to Go catering provides the perfect solution for gatherings, meetings, and casual events of any size, with fresh simple boxed meals just for you.

Square Tomato—Designed exclusively for students and student organizations, this menu is developed for groups who want to enjoy community around food but don’t have the robust budget in comparison to traditional catering customers. Menus are affordably priced with a la carte options that range from $1 to $5 per serving. Selections include sandwiches, drink, snacks, desserts, and by the pan options designed for 12 or more.

SODEXO-MONTANA TECH’S EXCLUSIVE CATERING PROVIDER

Montana Tech Dining Services operated by Sodexo is the exclusive provider for on-campus catering. All requests for catering must be requested through dining services to including catering at the Highlands College campus before the use of any third-party. In the event dining services is unable to provide catering for your event, you will receive a one-time waiver to use a third-party catering service for your event. If a waiver is granted, all Montana Tech policies and requirements must be met while contracting third-party catering services.
